The Challenge

Most real estate listings look identical: the same wide-angle photos, the same bullet-point amenities. A developer trying to feel more premium than the project next door needs a different presentation, not just better photos.

The Idea

Use horizon lines as a recurring editorial device — thin, evenly spaced rules that suggest skyline and space without needing a single stock photo of a skyline. The "M" mark itself is built from the same grid.

Creative Direction

A restrained off-white palette with a single accent colour, generous whitespace, and typography treated the way a design magazine would treat a feature spread — not the way a listings portal would.

Execution

A property microsite concept, a direction for drone-style walkthrough video, a brochure layout built on the same horizon-line grid, and digital ad templates sized for the platforms a developer would actually use.

Concept Outcome

The intended result is a listing presentation system that can be reapplied to future properties without redesigning from scratch each time.
