Basera
An in-house concept for modernising an established local brand without losing the recognition it's already built.
The Challenge
An established local brand has outgrown its original identity, but a full reinvention risks losing the recognition built up over years of word-of-mouth and repeat customers.
The Idea
Keep the "B" mark recognisable, and rebuild everything around it with a cleaner, more consistent system — evolution, not a relaunch that asks people to forget what they already know.
Creative Direction
A dark teal base with a single soft circular accent standing in for continuity — the brand growing outward from where it already stood, rather than starting from a blank page.
Execution
A refined logo lockup, a signage refresh concept for the physical location, packaging direction, and a set of social templates that carry the updated system into daily use.
Concept Outcome
The intended result is a phased rollout plan — signage, packaging, then digital — that lets a brand switch over gradually instead of relaunching everything on a single day.
